Can we allow users to add exclusion zones around their house, business etc. with perhaps default of 100m, 250m and 1km.

On preprocessing and on finding images in the zone it will ask if you want to upload images within your safety zone with a yes/no popup box. There should also be a remember my answer that can be reset in settings.

The reasoning is that it improves security for the image submitter and make it easier to upload entire sequences from start to finish.
